Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service govern all custom software engineering, website development, mobile application programming, cloud DevOps, and maintenance contracts provided by Mansind Technologies ("Mansind Technologies").
2. Scope & Milestone Pricing
All projects commence with a formal Functional Specification Document (FSD) and milestone schedule. Projects range from ₹1 Lakh to ₹10 Lakh and are delivered in 30–50 days for software, mobile apps and websites. Milestone-based payments — discussed in your quote. Payments are tied directly to verified engineering deliverables.
3. Intellectual Property
Your business data always belongs to you and can be exported at any time. For the software itself, Mansind keeps the code and intellectual property and grants you a lifetime licence to use it for your business, unless a full-ownership buyout is agreed in writing in your quote. With a full-ownership buyout, the source code, database and IP created for your project transfer to you after final payment. Third-party open-source libraries (e.g., React, Next.js, Linux) remain under their own licences. This summary is not legal advice; your signed quote governs.
4. Warranty & Support Policy
Mansind provides a first-year warranty covering bug fixes and stability directly resulting from the agreed scope of work. Ongoing enhancements or changes requested after production sign-off are covered under our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or sprint-based blocks.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore / Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
